Now, typically if you already have some old ones on there, you’ll need to get rid of those first.  You should try to see where they are located before you start to take them off, for that can make a major difference.

To do this, get some silicone caulk to do this.  Now, you should try to make sure that it is white, because it can turn yellow if you do get the yellow kind.  However, it can be really hard to get off a counter and very gooey, so you should be chary with this as well.  Once you put this one, you should scrape off any excess, taking your time to make sure that you don’t get it everywhere.

Once done with that, you can then install better outlets.  These are easy, but the best course of action is to get an outlet extender that works for your outlets at hand.  You should make sure that you don’t make errors when cutting the holes for this, for it can create a wiggle room problem.  This can help bring out a better outlet for your home, even with new panels.
